A strategy for the monitoring of GMOs following their introduction to the market is important to insure safety and early detection of unexpected adverse effects. This conference is aimed at the state-of-the-art approaches to post market monitoring and evaluating the safety of GMOs. Leaders in the field will present on post market monitoring for the introduction of new foods including GMOs, the current status of GMOs worldwide and research evaluating GMO safety.
